He is incredibly helpful and kind special thanks to him, and special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Ozer Diler for the kind words on the welcome card and for upgrading my room. I also want to express my gratitude to Ms. Ece and all the reception staff, Mr. Can, Mr. Celal, Mr. Yilmaz and Mr. Ersin and housekeeping Ms. Gulbeyaz, Maryam. This truly shows that the hotel management values of human resources, ensuring a high level of professionalism. Thank you all very much! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with a panoramic view of Istanbul from the rooftop. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Plenty of restaurants around, plus Nero etc. and also small shopping centre across the road, Lotus Walk, with more choice of food outlets and a good supermarket. Open air pool on the roof with loungers, which is a bit of a rarity this close to the city centre and great for a chill after sightseeing. Superior room was massive and kept absolutely spotless thanks to Ayse from housekeeping. Thank you for looking after us so well. Didn't try the breakfast as tended to get that on way to first sightseeing stop. Reception very helpful and there was always someone on the door with a friendly smile and a hello. We wanted to see the sights at our own pace plus some relaxation and this was perfect for that.
