The staff is friendly, kind, and always ready to help. When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by Mr. Jalal, who always greets guests with his wonderful smile. He is incredibly helpful and kind special thanks to him, and special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Ozer Diler for the kind words on the welcome card and for upgrading my room. I also want to express my gratitude to Ms. Ece and all the reception staff, Mr. Can, Mr. Celal, Mr. Yilmaz and Mr. Ersin and housekeeping Ms. Gulbeyaz, Maryam. This truly shows that the hotel management values of human resources, ensuring a high level of professionalism. Thank you all very much!
