The beautiful ladies serving breakfast do so with such love and enthusiasm that it feels like the perfect start to your day. They don’t just serve food—they serve it with a smile that brightens your morning and makes the whole dining experience feel like a special occasion.

Loved everything from check in to check out, Exceptional experience! Special thanks to Mrs. Hazal at the reception for her outstanding attention and professionalism! certainly, as usual they upgrade my room from standard to suite room all my respect and appreciate the GM for that 🙏, and thank you to Mrs. Ece. The staff was very professional and amazing. The housekeeping Mrs. Nemit very friendly, she check on me every day and ask me if I need anything. Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive and very helpful. And special thanks to the General Manager for the welcome card. I recommend all my friends and everyone want enjoy in his or her trip in Istanbul to stay at Ramada Plaza City Center.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The check-in process was quick and effortless, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens fresh and soft, and the amenities exceeded expectations. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the daily housekeeping service, which kept everything perfect.What truly makes this place stand out is the genuine hospitality. The staff’s kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made me feel valued as a guest, not just a booking number. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good location. M2 Metro stop right outside so easy to get anywhere. One stop from Taksim. Plenty of restaurants around, plus Nero etc. and also small shopping centre across the road, Lotus Walk, with more choice of food outlets and a good supermarket. Open air pool on the roof with loungers, which is a bit of a rarity this close to the city centre and great for a chill after sightseeing. Superior room was massive and kept absolutely spotless thanks to Ayse from housekeeping. Thank you for looking after us so well. Didn't try the breakfast as tended to get that on way to first sightseeing stop. Reception very helpful and there was always someone on the door with a friendly smile and a hello. We wanted to see the sights at our own pace plus some relaxation and this was perfect for that.

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with easy access to the Osmanbey Metro Station and within walking distance of the Istanbul Military Museum and Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with a panoramic view of Istanbul from the rooftop. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I liked the hotel very much. Stuff was very professional and the gentleman from reception Yilmaz was very helpful and always helped us with any questions we had. Very helpful and super friendly. I also would like to mention for the lady who looked after our room, it was super tidy and she has an eye to details, I was very impressed, her name was Elif as I remember and wanted to say thank you for looking after our room. Great job you have done and the whole stuff in the hotel. All team is just the best! Thank you to all of you. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Istanbul City Center. The location is perfect — close to everything. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. A special thank you to Kemal and Eren for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and memorable. I like that it is very central, 1 minute away from metro and also has luggage storage room where you can leave your luggages after check out. Also hotel feels very luxurious when you step in but prices are fairly good. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They upgraded my room and so I had a very comfortable stay after a tiring travel.
